Feast with your eyes
We did it. We tilled and raked and planted until we fell over. A good start that can only come back stronger next year! Right?!
We're not professional gardeners
Are you just learning? So are we.
The planting season here in Ohio is fickle. We're learning from our friends and others that came before us. (Thanks for blogging your struggles!) Small-scale farming and self-sustainability is just the beginning. Chickens? Maybe. We're really into helping senior dogs here at Tiny Grove and we have set aside a special kennel area for a sanctuary on our two acres.
Veggies and flowers
We love our veggies here and why not offer a vast selection of posies locally grown too?
So far, we have several root and bean vegetables, tomatoes and squashes. We hope to have boxes available by next summer. Check back!
